You need to submit your NIB (or NIK in the case of an indie brand) and NPWP prior to incorporating the company. You also need to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement with COSMAX.

Depending on the specifications and requirements from the client, development can take anywhere from 3 to 6 months.
