The selection process at PT. Cosmax Indonesia consists of 3 phases (stages):
1. Online HR interview
2. Offline user interview
3. Offline management interview (final stage)
After you pass the final stage, PT. Cosmax Indonesia will send you an offer letter. You can begin your work at PT. Cosmax Indonesia once you accept our offer letter.
Note: We will contact you via phone and email. There is no fee upon the recruitment process. Please ensure that the phone number and email address you provided are active and can be reached.
The selection process will take place over 10 working days. If you do not receive any information within 10 working days after completing a stage of the process, it means you have not passed and are not suitable for the position applied for.
Cosmax Indonesia does not charge any fees during the selection process, from the initial stage to the final stage. You should be aware that if any parties claim to represent PT. Cosmax Indonesia and request rewards or fees in any form during the selection process, they are not authorized by the company.

Based on PT. Cosmax Indonesia organization structure, the highest level is Team Leader, follow by Part Leader, and the sub ordinates are Staff .
