PT. Cosmax Indonesia urgently need Color Matching Staff This position will be join in team Production and located in Ciracas, East Jakarta. You will be direct report to Part Leader Production & Team Leader Production. Please read detail the qualifications below.
Disclaimer: The selection process will be conduct COLOR TEST & INTERVIEW OFFLINE, both in East Jakarta. Ensure that you able to attend offline process selection based on our procedure.
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor (S1) / Diploma (D3) in Art (Painting) / Design / Visual Communication Design (DKV).
- Experienced in both manual and digital illustration.
- Able to create various artistic works such as paintings, sketches, and visual designs.
- Strong sense of color and ability to differentiate subtle color variations.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Adaptive, willing to learn, and open to working in shifts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and able to make presentations.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Ensure the color matching process in the mixing area is carried out in accordance with standards and procedures.
- Analyze color samples to determine exact matches using color measurement tools and software.
- Assist and train operators on color matching techniques and the use of relevant equipment.
- Coordinate and monitor a team of mixing operators to ensure color consistency across batches.
- Document and report color matching results and any discrepancies found.
- Ensure color matching equipment is properly calibrated for accurate measurements.
- Adjust and correct color formulations based on feedback and quality standards.
