QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimal education are Apothecary, or Bachelor of Pharmaceuticals, Chemical, or other science backgrounds.
- Experience 2 years on Handling Complaint is A MUST
- Understanding of Root Cause Analysis or Risk Assessment
- Intermediate ability to write and speak English
- Ability to operate MS. Office (especially MS. Excell)
ROLE & RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Handling customer complaints, investigations and feed back to clients
- Monitoring and update monthly KPI internal and client’s KPI
- Reporting and data analysis with MS Excell
