URGENT – QUALITY ASSURANCE STAFF (FOR MATERNITY LEAVE)

PT. Cosmax Indonesia urgently needs a Quality Assurance Staff Member For Maternity Leave . This position will be placement in Ciracas, East Jakarta for 6 months . This person is expected to join in early September 2025.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Minimal education are Apothecary, or Bachelor of Pharmaceuticals, Chemical, or other science backgrounds.
2. Experience 2 years on Handling Complaint is A MUST
3. Understanding of Root Cause Analysis or Risk Assessment
4. Intermediate ability to write and speak English
5. Ability to operate MS. Office (especially MS. Excell)
6. Willing to work 6 months as MATERNITY LEAVE

ROLE & RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Handling customer complaints, investigations and feed back to clients
• Monitoring and update monthly KPI internal and client’s KPI
• Reporting and data analysis with MS Excell

Workplace:
Onsite
Monday – Friday : 08.00 – 17.00
