INVENTORY STAFF

As Inventory Staff , you will work in Team Logistik. This position will be located in Cibis Nine Building. JL. TB Simatupang, South Jakarta. Please read the qualification below :

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Minimum education is Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Business/Finance Management or related.
2. Min.2 years of experience as inventory control or stock control staff preferably from cosmetics, pharmacy, or FMCG industries/maufacture .
3. Familiar to handling slow moving and dead stock
4. Familiar to handle SKU more than 500-1000/month.
5. Advance communication skill, persuasive and good negotiation skill is A MUST.
6. Familiar with SAP, IERP system, or other date management soft ware
7. Proficient in using Ms. Excel (pivot, VLookup, HLookUp).
8. Active in English both written and spoken (TOEFL min.550)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct checking stocks specifically for slow-moving item and dead stock,
• Categorize, archive products inventory based on aging
• Conduct administration and routine report (daily, weekly, monthly)  to management for assets/inventory stocks that are approaching or have entered the slow-moving stock category
• Conduct reconciliation , coordination with the marketing team, other related teams, and negotiate with clients regarding stock accuracy (especially death stock)
• Monitoring inventory reports periodically based on company policy, also ensuring inventory is recorded accurately (for slow moving and dead stock)
• Submit disposal requests for products/items that are no longer used, damaged, or lost according to received data
