URGENLT NEEDS – STAFF INVENTORY

As Staff Inventory, you will work in Team SCM Logistik. This position will be located in Ciracas, East Jakarta & Gunung Putri. Please read the qualification below :

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Business/Finance Management.
2. Min.3 years of experience as Inventory in the manufacturing..
3. Experienced in negotiate with internal and external teams also with customer
4. Have good interpersonal skills, persuasive communication, good negotiator
5. Detail-oriented in work, strong in logical analysis.Proficient in using Ms. Excel (pivot), ERP, SAP, other data management software

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct checking stocks specifically for slow-moving items.
• Categorize, archive products inventory based on aging
• Conduct administration and routine report (daily, weekly, monthly)  to management for assets/inventory stocks that are approaching or have entered the slow-moving stock category
• Conduct reconciliation , coordination with the marketing team, other related teams, and negotiate with clients regarding stock accuracy (especially death stock)
• Reviewed and  planning inventory activities related to monitoring availability in the company
• Ensure the accuracy inventory stock in the system with physical data (especially for death stock)
• Monitoring inventory reports periodically based on company policy, also ensuring inventory is recorded accurately
• Submit disposal requests for products/items that are no longer used, damaged, or lost according to received data
