TECHNICAL SALES FOOD & SUPPLEMENTS STAFF – KKI

PT. Kreasi Kosmetika Indonesia also known as KKI is a subsidiary company of PT. Cosmax Indonesia. This position will be located in Cibis Nine 18th Floor, Jl. TB Simatupang, South Jakarta. Please read the qualifications below.

Disclaimer: The selection process will include offline interview in Marketing Office (Cibis 9, South Jakarta) or Head Office (Ciracas, East Jakarta). Ensure that you able to attend offline interview based on our procedure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the Indonesian food or supplement industry
• Hands-on experience in R&I (Research & Innovation), product development, or formulation of health supplement products
• Experience in technical sales or customer-facing technical support is preferred
• Strong understanding of health supplement ingredients, formulations, dosage forms, and product development processes
• Ability to provide technical recommendations and communicate effectively with customers
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including R&I, Regulatory Affairs, Production, and Sales
• Good knowledge of the Indonesian food, supplement, and traditional medicine market and BPOM-related product requirements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients to expand business opportunities and grow market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Provide technical recommendations related to ingredients, formulations, dosage forms, and health supplement product development
• Support the sales process through a technical and solution-based approach tailored to customer needs
• Handle customer technical inquiries and provide accurate and effective solutions
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&I (Research & Innovation), Regulatory Affairs, and Production
• Understand the Indonesian food supplement market and ensure product solutions comply with BPOM requirements
• Support new product development and product formulation based on market trends and customer requirements
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers professionally in English
• Manage multiple customer accounts or projects simultaneously
