As Team Leader Production, you will be located in Ciracas, East Jakarta. You will lead Team Production together with Part Leader Production, Staff Admin Production, Operator Production. This team member are more than 70 person. Please read the qualifications below

Qualifications:
- Min educations is bachelor’s degree from Industrial Engineering or related field will be as strong asset
- Minimum 7-8 years’ experience as Production Head/Asst Manager/Manager Production in cosmetics manufactures or related
- Have good knowledge of process manufacture cosmetics
- Advanced level with MS. Excel, MS. Power points
- Familiar with iERP, SAP or other systems
- Having good leadership, experience managing more than 70 operators
- Have conflict management skill, good in problem solving
- Good in analytical thinking, accurate and logical person
- Able to speak English both written & verbal
- Understanding of ISO 9001, CPKB/GMP/, ISO 22716, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, MUI/Halal, Vegan & Cosmos
Role & Responsibilities:
- Planning, coordinating, directing & monitoring the whole production activity. Manage the production activity as run as planned
- Conduct training also support & motivates the subordinates in order to ensure the quality of work, safety & commitment
- Actively focus to maintain high level, on time delivery, & high efficiency level
- Ensure production areas always ready for customer visit & audit
