PPIC Team Leader

This position will be located in Ciracas, East Jakarta. As PPIC Team Leader, you will be lead PPIC Parrt Leader and PPIC Staff among 5-6 person in Team PPIC. Please read the qualifications below.

Qualifications:

• Min education is Bachelor’s degree from Logistic, Industrial Engineering or related.
• Good knowledge with PPIC.
• Experience 9-10 years experiences as Supervisor PPIC in manufactures, preferably in toll cosmetics manufactures.
• Good knowledge of cosmetics quality system’s.
• Advanced level in MS. Office specially Ms. Excel.
• Detail and target oriented, accurate, good analytical thinking, logic and numeric person.
• Familiar with iERP system, WMS or others.
• Able to speak English written and verbal.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct meeting with related division for new Product that will be processed by Cosmax Indonesia.
• Report best estimate sales monthly in the beginning of Month to related division.
• Counting quantity PM usage and submit to related division.
• Coordinate to related division for review schedule by today and make a plan for schedule production next day.
• Monitoring output production the day before in every morning and report in daily meeting.
• Coordinate to related division for schedule delivery or/and incoming Raw material & packaging material from supplier  (ODM & OEM ).
• Coordinate to related division for schedule delivery FG to customer.

Onsite
Monday – Friday : 08.00 – 17.00
