TEAM LEADER PACKAGING RNI

Team Leader Packaging RNI will be leading Team Packaging RNI, located in Cibis Nine Building, South Jakarta. As Team Leader packaging RNI, directly report to Marketing Director. Please read the qualifications.

Qualifications:

1. Min. education is Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemical, Engineering (Industrial), Packaging Engineering, Product Design, Pharmacy or related
2. Min 10-12 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position 
3. Deep knowledge of Packaging Development especially for cosmetics products
4. Understanding and know the process of toll/contract cosmetics manufacture (OEM, ODM, OBM)
5.  English is A MUST
6. Knowing the up date and trend of packaging specially cosmetic packaging
7. Have wide channeling to cosmetic packaging like sachet, tube, flexible packaging, tray, carton,
8. Have good leadership, know how to manage subordinates
9. Strong analytical skill and task oriented
10. Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CPKB/GMP, ISO 22716, MUI/Halal, Vegan & Cosmos

Role & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the change management program communicating packaging up dates
• Lead packaging trials at various sites.
• Support procurement ensuring the latest artwork standards are defined and maintain with clients
• Create and develop packaging and gifting artworks specifications refining and adapting theses as needed
• Coordinate the resolution to technical challenges in processing and packaging quality, recording and managing non conformance when necessary
• Regular visits to supplier and clients as and when required – to lead packaging trials and problem solving any packaging challenge
