This position will be located in Gedung Cibis Nine, South Jakarta. This position will be leading Team Marketing & Business Development consist of Part Leader Marketing and Staff Marketing & Business Development. You will be directly report to Marketing Director. Qualification:
- Min Bachelor/S1 in any major from reputable university
- Experience 10 years as Marketing & Business Development in cosmetics manufacture
- Deep understanding process New Product Development
- Preferably experience in toll manufacture (cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food & beverages, etc)
- Experience to handling B2B market
- Experience handling projects NPD
- Target orientation, have strategy to reach the company goals
- Good communication in English
- Have leadership skills
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CPKB-GMP, ISO 22716, ISO 14001, Halal is a Value Plus
Role & Responsibilities:
- Establish new client priority
- Monitoring time schedule product launch
- Build in good relation with clients .
- Achievement for target sales
- •Maintain relation based on all opportunities project
