STAFF VALIDATION

This position will be located in Ciracas, East Jakarta. You will work together in QA (Quality Assurance) team. Please read the detail of qualification below.

Disclaimer: The selection process will be conducting offline interview in South Jakarta & Ciracas, East Jakarta. Ensure that you able to attend offline interview based on our procedure.

Qualifications:

• Min S1/bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial). Pharmacy or Apothecary
• Min 2 years’ experience as Staff Validation in cosmetic/pharmacy manufacture.
• Have skill in Validation Conformity, Tools Calibration, Industrial Feasibility Assessment Trial, Understanding Production Equipment’s
• Familiar with Microsoft office specially Ms. Excell for reporting
• Good interpersonal skill, adaptive, communicative, good stress tolerance  

Role & Responsibilities:

• Validation conformity of production process (1st-3rd batches)
• Validation of supporting utilities for production (process water, compressed air, clean steam)
• Validation filling & packing (Industrial Feasibility Assessment Trial)
• Validation of Cleaning & Sanitation of Production Equipment
• Finalized validation for new & modified reverse osmosis, clean steam & clean compressed air
• Create validation protocol & input result after validation as a report
• Involve and reporting IFA trial for filling packing activities as the reference for FG Quality Instruction (IM)
• Create and modified HACCP documents for brand product

Onsite
Monday – Friday: 08.00 – 17.00
