Qualifications :
- Min. Bachelor in Chemistry, Pharmacy or related. Master degree is a plus.
- Have min 3 years’ experience related with cosmetics or other beauty industry
- Experienced in sales & marketing is preferred
- Have knowledge of research principles, concepts, practices, and methods
- Have knowledge of cosmetic formulations, ingredients and trends
- Good analytical, problem solving & numerical skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation, documentation and reporting skills
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
Role & Responsibilities :
- Conduct the deep research for ingredients and technologies
- Prepare special proposal focusing on ingredients and technologies
- Develop NPD with clients and RNI
- Present and explain regarding cosmetics formulation, ingredients and technologies
- Visualization for ingredients story
