Data Analysis (Marketing Intelligence) Staff will be placed at CIBIS Nine, South Jakarta. Please read the qualifications below.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree from Business, Marketing Communication or related
- Min 3-5 Years experience as data analysis, trend research and client presentation (FMCG or Beauty Brand experience is preferred)
- Familiar with NIQ Discover, Consumer Research Company, Database System, Google Analytics, Google AdWords & Ms.Office (specially Excel and PPT)
- Continuous interest, passion for the cosmetics industry along with data analysis skills in this regards
- Proactive attitude towards overseas market research, able to extract insights
- Schedule management, planning, driving force for new content
- Fluent in English is a must (both written and verbal)
- Collaboration, synergy with MKT & RNI
Role & Responsibilities :
- Operate Nielsen (NIQ) Dashboard and other internal/external data sources to collect and manage database
- Extract, clean, and organize data into structured tables, trackers, and simple analysis reports to support accurate data management and business insights
- Monitor and track monthly performance and competitor analysis
- Create reports for Marketing, Sales and R&I team
- Support projects and client analysis by preparing accurate data and basic insights.
- Maintain data quality and improving report process
