STAFF STRATEGIC MARKETING (CUM MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT STAFF) – COSMAX MALAYSIA

These position is urgently need and expected will be join in this September – November 2025. You will be work at Selangor, Subang Jaya, Malaysia

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor Degree from Business, Marketing Communication, Marketing, Pharmacy, Chemical or related
2. Have experience min.2 years as Staff Strategic Marketing or Product Development in cosmetics/pharmaceutical industry, specially in ODM, OEM, OBM industries
3. Have background working in Research & Consulting Company is preferred.
4. Experience in planning, managing, execution for conference, workshops, exhibitions/events.
5. Have knowledge about sales & marketing and cosmetic trends in ASEAN (at  Least)s.
6. Familiar with Google Analytics, Google AdWords & MS. Office (especially Excel and PPT).
7. Continuous interest, passion for the cosmetics industry along with data analysis skills in this regards.
8. Proactive attitude towards overseas market research, able to extract insights.
9. Schedule management, planning, driving force for new content.
10. Good negotiation skill with potential customer.
11. Fluent in English is a must (both written and verbal)
12. Collaboration , synergy with MKT & RNI.
13. Domicile in Selangor, Malaysia

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consumer trend analysis and purchasing behavior research in Malaysia
• Identifying target audience and devising digital campaign with the latest trends in cosmetic industry.
• Concrete planning, executions, management of large scale events held quarterly (conference, workshops, exhibitions)
• Create innovative, appealing yet effective content 
• Idea for social media/online platform.
• Follow up new product development and project with customer

Workplace :
Onsite (Selangor), Subang Jaya, Malaysia)
Monday – Friday : 08.00 – 17.00
