PT. Cosmax Indonesia urgently needs for Staff Strategic Marketing (Data Analysis & Brand Management). This position is located in Gedung Cibis Nine, 18th Floor & expected to join as soon as possible around December 2025 – January 2026

Qualifications :
- Min education is bachelor’s degree (S1) from Business, Marketing Communication, Statistics, or related.
- Maximum 7 years’ experience as brand management & client account manager (Prefer in cosmetics manufacturing, beauty, & research consulting).
- Familiar with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Research Data Analysis Solution & MS. Office (especially Excel & PPT).
- Experience in planning, managing, and executing conferences, workshops, and exhibitions.
- Continuous interest, passion for the cosmetic industry, along with data analysis skills in this regard.
- Proactive attitude towards overseas market research, able to extract insights.
- Schedule management, planning, driving force for new content.
- Fluency in English is a must (both written and verbal).
- Collaboration, synergy with Marketing & RNI (Research & Innovation).
Role & Responsibilities:
- Analyze consumer trends, purchasing behavior, and support overall brand management to strengthen marketing strategies.
- Identify target audiences and develop digital campaign strategies in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Manage annual marketing activities such as brand events, workshops, and exhibitions.
- Utilize various marketing tools to monitor and evaluate brand performance.
- Work closely with the Marketing and RNI (Research & Innovation) teams on proposal development, project collaboration, and marketing material creation.
- Create creative, brand-aligned digital content for social media and company’s online platforms
