PT. Cosmax Indonesia opens an opportunity as Quality Assurance Staff (Finish Good Quality Instruction). This position will be located in Ciracas, East Jakarta. We expected this position to be filled as soon as possible in April – May 2026.

Qualifications:
- Minimal education is a Bachelor of Science in Apothecary, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fields.
- Preferably, a maximum of 1-2 working experiences in document control, master data management, or system administration.
- Strong understanding of Document Control principles, document numbering systems, version control & revision tracking, SOPs, work instructions, controlled vs uncontrolled documents.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001; 2015 Quality Management Systems is an added value.
- Organized, tidy, disciplined, and committed to maintaining document integrity
- Familiar with MS. Office and other supporting computer applications such as ERP and SAP.
- Active in English
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain quality instructions for production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and internal requirements.
- Coordinate with PPIC, Marketing, Production, Validation, Engineering and Master Data Teams.
- Ensure clarity and correctness of PM requirements
- Monitor and update quality instructions in line with process changes, validation results, or improvement activities
- Update and align quality instructions with current regulatory, customer, and internal requirements
- Support production teams by providing clarification and guidance related to quality instructions
