QUALITY ASSURANCE STAFF

This position will be located in Ciracas, East Jakarta, and still open. We expected this position can be jon as soon as possible in this March – April 2026. The location work will be in Ciracas, East Jakarta.

Qualifications:

1. Minimal education is Apothecary, Pharmacy, Chemical and related.
2. Fresh graduates with GPA min 3,3 and knowledge of Quality Assurance is welcome to apply
3. Able to communication in English both written and oral (it’s a must).
4. Min.2 years experience as Staff Quality Assurance in cosmetic, pharmacy or food & beverage manufacture.
5. Have knowledge and experience on auditing and documents management.
6. Familiar with CPKB/CPOB, HALAL SYSTEM, ISO 9001, ISO 22716, HACCP and others Quality Standard.
7. Good communication, able to mingle in new environment.
8. Familiar with MS. Office and other supporting Computer application such as ERP and SAP.
9. Detail person , good analytical thinking, good in time management..

Role & Responsibilities:

• ·Coordination to achieve Quality Standard Conformity (Certification).
• ·Coordination of Internal & Quality Audit from external parties (Customer or Compliance).
• ·Monitoring Corrective –Preventive Action (CAPA) finalization.
• ·Monitoring achievement of monthly KPI (Key Performance Indicator).
• ·Compile documents for Registration of New Raw Material codes on ERP system.
• ·Support on HALAL documents compilation and submit regular audit report to LPPOM MUI.

Onsite
Monday – Friday : 08.00 – 17.00
