STAFF PURCHASING RAW MATERIAL

Staff Purchasing Raw Material (Staff Purch RM) is located in Ciracas, East Jakarta, This position will be in Team Purchasing. Please read the qualification below

Qualifications:

• Minimal education is bachelor’s degree (S1) Chemical, Pharmacy or any background related.
• Have 1-2 year’s experience as purchasing raw materials
• Understanding and experience in process import purchase for raw material or others
• Good in logical, data skill and love to work with numbers
• Communicative, good negotiator, detailed person & good stress tolerance
• Excellent using Excel, PPT & Word.
• Familiar with ERP& SAP systems
• Willing to learn, fast learner & smart
• Fluent in English (both written & verbal)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Processing quotation for regular also develop new PO Raw Material (local & import).
• Searching supplier for ordering the request item (local & import).
• Make comparison price and in good term of payment & inventory (supplier raw material).
• Ensure the good in order in accordance with the order and to the right time.
• Create accurate budget, estimate & take off

Workplace:
Onsite
Monday – Friday: 08.00 – 17.00
