STAFF PURCHASING RAW MATERIAL

PT Cosmax Indonesia is currently seeking a Raw Material Purchasing Staff to join our team in the near future. This position will be based at our facility in Ciracas, East Jakarta, and offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, chemical engineering, pharmacy, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain functions—preferably in the cosmetics, chemical, pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing industry.
• Experience working with international suppliers and handling import documentation is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); Korean language skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of purchasing processes, inventory management, and supplier evaluation.
• Proficient in negotiation and price analysis to secure the best value.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Processing quotation for regular also develop new PO raw material (local & import).
• Support RNI to review develop new PO for raw material
• Searching for vendor/suppliers or ordering the requested item (local & import).
• Make comparison price and in good term of payment & inventory (supplier raw material).
• Ensure the good in order in accordance with the order and to the right time.
• Coordination and communicating effectively with related departments.
• Negotiate accurate and competitive pricing.
• Create accurate budget, estimate and take off.
• Conduct purchasing import

Monday – Friday: 08.00 – 17.00
