Staff Marketing & Public Relation (Staff Marcom & PR) is position for PT. Kreasi Kosmetika Indonesia, a subsidiary PT. Cosmax Indonesia, also located in Cibis Nine Building, South Jakarta. This position is urgently need and expect to join as soon as possible

Qualifications:
- Min Bachelor of Marketing Communication, Public Relations or related
- Experience 3-5 years as Staff Marketing Communication/Public Relation in online/offline cosmetics, health supplement company
- Preferably understanding of cosmetics, health supplement products from South Korea
- Experience to set up the digital advertisement such as Meta and on-site(platform) advertisement
- Good knowledge to increase the number of followers of official Instagram account and Tiktok account.
- Has experienced in collaboration with KOLs and Media
- Good in English booth written and speaking
- Good knowledge of cosmetics markets, competitors, market research for cosmetics, health supplement, related products
- Have wide net working in related areas
- Good interpersonal skill (communicative, able to negotiate, persuasive), excellent presentation skills
- Excellent of data reporting with Ms.Excell
- Familiar with Ms. Office, Adobe Photoshop, Google Analytics or others related
Role & Responsibilities:
- Supervise, develops a company’s marketing, communications strategy.
- Responsible for the design, distribution of its brand
- Create marketing plans, working together with content creators, copy writers, PR Officers
- Ensure the organization’s publications, advertisements, digital content are reaching the target audience
- Create awareness, enable greater understanding, promote interest in a company’s products or services
- Communicate with target audiences , ensure the target audience finds out about a product or services and understands how to use it
- Emphasize a product’s benefits to increase sales through effective marketing campaigns
- Create advertise plan,, including manage social media content
- Manage direct marketing campaigns, conduct market research, organize public relation initiatives
- Manage marketing budgets
