Qualifications:
- Min education is Bachelor (S1) in Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Marketing/Business Management, Industrial Engineering or others.
- Min 3 years of working experiences in toll/contract manufacturing cosmetics
- Have deep knowledge of product & business development SPECIALLY in COSMETICS INDUSTRY.
- Understanding the process of development cosmetics products
- Have knowledge of trend cosmetics by local or global
- Able to communication in English both written and oral
- Familiar with MS. Office specially MS.Excel and MS.Power Point
Role & Responsibilities:
- To produce concepts or ideas for innovative new products on market research
- Collect and gather information from both existing and new client regarding cosmetics that they will be need .
- Preparing documents in accordance with SOP required for new product development.
- Monitoring new product launching based on scheduling
- Maintain relation based on all opportunities project
- Follow up and cooperation with agency, R&I team, SCM & Logistik Team, Production Team, PPIC Team.
- Building and develop relation with new clients or existing clients
- Reach the marketing target
