STAFF MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (SURABAYA LOCATION)*

In line with the business expansion of PT. Cosmax Indonesia, we are currently seeking a Marketing & Business Development Staff for the Surabaya area.

The ideal candidate has experience in the Surabaya market, specifically within the ODM/OEM cosmetics industry. We expect the selected candidate to be able to join between May and August 2026.

Qualifications:

• Min education is Bachelor (S1) in Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Marketing/Business Management, Industrial Engineering or others.
• Experience min 3 years as project management/product developments related with cosmetics. products from contract manufacturing cosmetics (OEM, ODM & OBM cosmetics manufacture) in SURABAYA.
• Have deep knowledge of product & business development SPECIALLY in COSMETICS INDUSTRY in Surabaya.
• Deep knowledge the trend cosmetics in Surabaya, and global .
• Must be live or domicile in Surabaya.
• Able to communication in English both written and oral.
• Familiar with MS. Office specially MS.Excel and MS.Power Point.
• Able to work independent and under minimum supervision.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handling Surabaya areas-based clients for Cosmax Indonesia.
• Establish new priority clients in Surabaya (cosmetics product & development).
• Follow up new product development and project with customer.
• Monitoring on time schedule the launch of new products.
• Ready to achieve target by individual or team.
• Conduct market research of cosmetics in Surabaya.

Hybrid
Monday – Friday : 08.00 – 17.00
