URGENTLY NEED – STAFF MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (SURABAYA LOCATION)*

This position is urgently need and expected will be join in this July or August 2025. PT. Cosmax Indonesia will need one person as Staff Marketing & Business Development for Surabaya. Please read the qualification below

Qualifications:

• Min education is Bachelor (S1) in Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Marketing/Business Management, Industrial Engineering or others.
• Experience min 3 years as project management/product developments related with cosmetics. products from contract manufacturing cosmetics (OEM, ODM & OBM cosmetics manufacture) in SURABAYA.
• Have deep knowledge of product & business development SPECIALLY in COSMETICS INDUSTRY in Surabaya.
• Deep knowledge the trend cosmetics in Surabaya, and global .
• Must be live or domicile in Surabaya.
• Able to communication in English both written and oral.
• Familiar with MS. Office specially MS.Excel and MS.Power Point.
• Able to work independent and under minimum supervision.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handling Surabaya areas-based clients for Cosmax Indonesia.
• Establish new priority clients in Surabaya (cosmetics product & development).
• Follow up new product development and project with customer.
• Monitoring on time schedule the launch of new products.
• Ready to achieve target by individual or team.
• Conduct market research of cosmetics in Surabaya.
