QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum education is Bachelor from Apothecary, Chemical, Marketing, Business Management or related
- Experience 4-5 years as Product Development Management or Sales B2B in cosmetics manufacture, especially from ODM, OEM, and OBM cosmetics manufacture
- Understanding the process of product development cosmetics
- Have wide networking with cosmetics and beauty industries
- Understanding the trend of beauty industry local and global
- Have good leadership, could work independent/work under minimum supervision
- Familiar to conduct market research in cosmetics industries
- Familiar with MS. Office
- Active in English is A MUST , Able to speak mandarin is a value
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct market research focused on potential clients and consumer
- Generate innovative product ideas for cosmetics to proposed to client
- Create leads with various players in the cosmetic industry and conduct regular business meetings with clients
- Monitoring time schedule product launch
- Gather client requirements and information for new cosmetics products
- Prepare all required documentations for new product development, ensuring compliment’s with SOPs
- Collaborate with various internal and external teams, including R&I, SCM & Logistics, PPIC, and Production
- Cultivate and grow relationships with new and existing clients
- Develop attractive and competitive OBM packages for various market segments.
- Collaborate with the KKI internal team to design OBM promotional strategies
- Achieve established sales target
