PT. Cosmax Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Logistics Staff to join our dynamic team in West Java (Gunung Putri, Lulut, Bogor)
Important Notice: The selection process includes a technical competency test (Advanced Microsoft Excel) and face-to-face interviews held at our facilities in Gunung Putri (West Java) and Ciracas (East Jakarta). Applicants must be able to attend the selection process in person according to company regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum education is S1/Bachelor’s of Logistics, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Management or related.
- Fresh graduates with minimum GPA 3,3 from reputable university in Indonesia.
- Maximum 2 years of working experience as Logistics Staff from cosmetics, pharmacy, or FMCG manufactures/industries.
- Basic understanding of the warehousing workflows and production process
- Strong ability to process, analyze, and interpret complex data sets
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and complex data formulas).
- High motivation, positive attitude, willing to learn
- Active in English (written and spoken), minimum TOEFL/related certificates in English 550.
- Willing to located in Gunung Putri, Lulut, Bogor, Jawa Barat
- Basic understanding ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CPKB, ISO 22716, HALAL
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and ensure all workflows within the Packaging Material and Finished Goods warehouse areas operate smoothly and strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Maintain the integrity and efficiency of warehouse management systems for PM and FG.
- Generate highly accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports reflecting actual physical stock versus system data.
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: Shifting-based
Morning Shift: 08.00 – 20.00
Night Shift: 20.00 – 07.30
