Staff Human Resources Department is in Team HRD, located in Ciracas, East Jakarta . Please read the qualification below.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Psychology, Accounting or related
2. Having 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources is highly preferred, specially in manufacture industries
3. Having understanding with OMNIBUS and LABOR LAWS
4. Knowledge in HRIS System
5. Good skill of Ms. Excell (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot)
6. Good analytical thinking and attention to details
7. Able to work multitasking
8. Have good communication skills for all levels (internal, external)
9. Good english both written and oral

Role & Responsibilities:

• Process also operational focus for day to day HR Activities
• Support the development and implements of HR protocols
• Supporting for Human Resources Development to develop HR strategies, policies development, enforcement, practices
• Handle Personal Data Managements
• People also operational focus – in the form of employee relation experts
• Registration for BPJS

Workplace :
Onsite
Monday – Friday : 08.00 – 17.00
