Staff HR Recruitment is one of position urgently need in HR Team. located in Ciracas, East Jakarta. Please read the qualifications below.

Qualifications:

1. Min education is Bachelor preferably from Psychology with good GPA 
2. Experience 2-3 years as Recruitment Specialist in industrial/manufacture cosmetics
3. Able, familiar with psychological tools (instruction, scoring, interpret)
4. Familiar to handle fast recruitment 
5. Having networking to search candidates using Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Job Portal (Jobstreet, Glints or others)
6. Familiar with MS Excel report (Pivot, Dashboards) & Power Point
7. Familiar with the trends of recruitment 
8. Fluent in English a value plus
9. Excellent in personal and communication skills

Role & Responsibilities:

• Knowledge and understanding of HR policies and Procedure (Recruitment)
• Have the ability to recruitment, conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, qualification and suitability of candidates, collaborate with users to review candidate
• Experience in employee relations and performance management
• Conduct to employee onboard process

Workplace :
Onsite
Monday – Friday : 08.00 – 17.00
