PT. Cosmax Indonesiaa need 1 person as HSE Staff in Ciracas, East Jakarta. We expect this position can join as soon as possible. You will working together in GA & EHS Team (General Affairs & Safety Team). Please read the qualification below.

Qualifications:
- Minimum education is Bachelor’s degree (S1) from Health & Safety Management, Environmental Engineering or related.
- Experiences 2-3 years as HSE Staff in industries/manufactures (cosmetics, pharmaceutical, chemical, food and beverages or others).
- Good knowledge of implementation UKL UPL and P2K3, Waste Management is a must.
- Familiar with wastewater treatment process.
- Understanding Compliance Obligation related Health, Safety, and Environmental.
- Having K3U Certificate (Ahli K3U) is a MUST.
- Good knowledge in Occupational, Healthy and Safety standard.
- Detail oriented person, multitasking and good in administration.
- Familiar & advanced knowledge of Quality Standard : ISO 14001, ISO 14001 is a must. Understanding ISO 9001, ISO 22716, CPKB/GMP, Vegan, Cosmos or other certification is a plus
- Familiar with MS. Office (MS. Excel, MS. Word, MS.PPT).
- Minimum passive in English.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Quality standard conformity (Certification).
- Monitoring, coordination environment, safety guidance and waste management.
- Manage reporting implementation UKL-UPL and P2K3.
- Monitoring document and record conformity.
- Conduct an EHS audit (ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, SMETA, WRAP, URSA, ECOVADIS, Social audit, Customer audit).
- Control, report wastewater treatment plan.
- Manage EHS implementation, GA, building facility, and civil.
