PT. Cosmax Indonesia urgently need Staff Finance & Accounting and expected to join in early 2026. This position will be located in Cibis Nine Building 18th Floor, South Jakarta. Check the qualification below.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Economics, or a related field.
- Min 3–5 years of experience as as Staff Finance & Accounting, preferably in cosmetics, consumer goods, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian taxation (regulations, calculation, and reporting).
- Familiar with Ms. Office and administration
- Brevet A & B certified is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross function.
- Ability to speak in English (verbal and written)
Role & Responsibilities;
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure timely billing and collection
- Prepare and issue commercial and other invoices accurately
- Perform monthly sales reconciliation between ERP data and invoices
- Handle finance, accounting, and tax matters for Cosmax Malaysia
- Process vendor invoices and payments, including scheduling
- Maintain relationships with banks and external consultants
- Monitor cash flow, AR/AP aging, and financial performance
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documents and responding to queries
