URGENTLY NEED – STAFF EXPORT IMPOR KKI (STAFF EXIM)

This position is urgently need and expecting to join in this July or August 2025. As Staf EXIM Kreasi Kosmetika Indonesia , you will be supported & growth new business in online and offline store and will be located in CIbis Nine Building, South Jakarta. Please read the qualification below :

Disclaimer: The selection process will be conducting offline interview in South Jakarta and East Jakarta, ensure that you able to attend offline interview based on our procedure .

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor  (S1) from Apothecary, Chemical, Pharmacist, Management Sea Transportation or related
2. Experience 1 – 4 years as in Export Import area specially for  cosmetic, health supplements products from South Korea, China or others country
3. Familiar with BPOM Regulation for import product
4. Understanding of custom regulation is plus 
5. Familiar with Ms.Excell such as pivot, Vlook Up, HLook Up.
6. Able to speak English (active English) is must  
7. Willing to learn, fast learner, adaptive, high motivation to work.
8. Able to work independently or in team work
9. Communicative, good negotiator, detailed person & good stress tolerance

Role & Responsibilities :

• Communicate actively with multinational beauty brand (China, South Korea, others countries)
• Collaboration also monitoring with national/multinational beauty brand
• Ensure that input data product timeline as based on procedure at BPOM
• Coordination with forwarder agent to shipment
• Ensure the goods in Delivery in accordance with the order and to the right time
• Prepare, support for registration documents needs to BPOM & Regulation Import (COA, LOA, CFS, Manufacturing Flow, Ingredients and other documents related)
•  Cooperation, communicate effectively with related department
• Support Marketing for the realization of export product dispatch

Monday – Friday : 08.00 – 17.00
