As Coordinator Raw Material & weighing, you will lead operator raw material and weighing and directly report to Part Leader & Team Leader SCM (Supply Chain Management) Logistik. Your location work will be in Ciracas, East Jakarta.

QUALIFICATION:
- Min Bachelor of Engineering (Industrial, Chemical) or related.
- Experience min 3-4 years as Staff Senior/Coordinator Raw Material & Weighing (warehouse area) in cosmetics, pharmaceutical manufacture.
- Familiar with raw material in cosmetics, weighing process in pharmaceutical industry is a must.
- Expertise using WMS, iERP, Inventory Management, Planning Management System.
- Strong analytical thinking, detail orientation, love to work with data.
- Experience to handle more than 20 operator in warehouse area.
- Willing to work in shifting hours (Mon – Friday, Morning & Night Shift)
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervising, controlling all the activities raw material in warehouse.
- Arrange the allocation of labor for raw material activities.
- Monitoring the stock of raw materials stored in the warehouse.
- Provide Monthly Stock Take and Weekly Cycle Count.
- WMS and ERP monitoring for all transactions ( Raw materials and Weighing ).
- Track the quantity and age of stock and implement effective warehouse management techniques.
- Ensure the consistency of supply of production raw materials.
