STAFF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

Staff Business Management will located in Gedung Cibis Nine, South Jakarta. Please read the qualifications.

Qualification:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business/Marketing Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering from a Reputable University.
2. Fresh graduates with a passion in data analysis & marketing is welcome to apply (Min.GPA 3.3).
3. Strong understanding of business management or product management concepts.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and the other advance function) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
5. Strong in numerical, analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
7. Fluent in English both written and verbal.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Monitoring, plan and control activities to measure and evaluate overall business performance.
• Create and report daily sales forecasts to track sales trend and support decision-making.
• Update and monitoring project progress, schedules and shipment status to ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Purchasing, RND, PPIC, Packaging RND, Production, QA, Logistic/WH teams to support on New Product Development activities.
• Present and communicate upcoming marketing plans and strategies to management and relevant team.

Workplace :
Onsite
Monday – Friday : 08.00 – 17.00
