QUALITY CONTROL PACKAGING MATERIAL (QC PM)

As a Quality Control Packaging Material, you have to be ready to be located in Gunung Putri, Bogor or Ciracas, East Jakarta . This position is expected to join in April-May 2026. Please read the qualification below.

Disclaimer: The selection process will be conducting offline interview in Ciracas, East Jakarta. Ensure that you able to attend offline interview based on our procedure.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Diploma (D3) in Packaging Technology, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related field.\
2. At least 2 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in Incoming Inspection within cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries.
3. Strong understanding of primary and secondary packaging material inspection processes.
4. Proficient in conducting visual, dimensional, and functional inspections, including defect identification.
5. Knowledge of sampling inspection methods and AQL / ISO 2859 standards is required.
6. Familiar with GMP / CPKB requirements and QC documentation practices.
7. Able to operate basic inspection tools and generate accurate inspection reports.
8. Good communication and coordination skills, with attention to detail.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming inspection of primary and secondary packaging materials in accordance with approved procedures, sampling plans, and AQL standards.
• Verify material identity, quantity, batch/lot numbers, and supporting documents against approved specifications and artwork.
• Evaluate inspection results and determine material status (Accepted / Rejected / On Hold) based on quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and non-conformance documentation (NCR) in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support investigations, CAPA, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives related to packaging materials.
