We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Part Leader – Quality Rescue who is not only strong in quality systems and problem-solving, but also confident in communicating with customers, collaborating across departments, and leading solutions that make a real business impact.
Work Location: Ciracas, East Jakarta (Candidates should be willing to work in Gunung Putri, Bogor, should the operational site relocate in the future.)

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or other Science-related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of QA experience in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in Customer Complaint Handling, RCA, Problem Solving, and CAPA (must-have).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
- A collaborative, approachable, and customer-oriented personality with the ability to influence and build positive working relationships.
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
- Good understanding of GMP/CPKB/CPOTB, ISO 9001, and Halal Quality Systems.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead customer complaint handling from investigation through resolution with professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to build trust and provide timely solutions.
- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA to eliminate recurring quality issues.
- Partner with Production, QC, R&D, and related teams to deliver practical and sustainable improvements.
- Lead the Quality Rescue team while fostering a collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented culture.
