PT Cosmax Indonesia is hiring a QC Team Leader to be based in Ciracas, East Jakarta.In this role, you will lead and manage the QC team, working closely with a QC Part Leader and a team of 8+ members. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related field (Master’s Degree is a plus).
- Minimum 10 years of QC experience in cosmetic/pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership role, managing a team of 8+ members.
- Strong knowledge of CPKB, GMP, and BPOM regulations, with audit experience.
- Experienced in laboratory operations and quality investigation (OOS, deviation, CAPA).
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office & ERP/SAP.
ROLE & RESPNSIBILITIES:
- Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly calibrated and QC resources (media, reagents, and tools) are available and functioning.
- Maintain and update QC procedures, methods, and specifications in compliance with CPKB/GMP and regulatory standards.
- Lead QC operations by making decisions on incoming, in-process, and final product quality status based on inspection results.
- Manage and oversee quality investigations including OOS, deviations, CAPA, and customer complaints.
- Develop QC team capability through performance monitoring, training, and competency management.
- Support internal and external audits, ensure compliance with QHSE standards (including Halal, Vegan, COSMOS), and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and support production.

MON – FRIDAY: 08.00 – 17.00
