PT. Cosmax Indonesia urgently needs a Production Filings & Packing (PRD F&P Part Leader) to join the Production team and be located in Ciracas, East Jakarta. You will be a direct report to Production Team Leader. Please read detail the qualifications below.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods company.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good color vision and ability to accurately distinguish colors
- Good understanding of the cosmetics manufacturing process, from mixing to filling and packing.
- Good understanding of production processes.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the Line Leaders and Operators directly under their supervision.
- Ensure that all tasks performed by the Line Leaders and Operators are carried out correctly.
- Ensure that the quality of the products produced meets the required quality standards and instructions.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved in terms of both quantity and quality.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Make-Up & Skin Care production areas.
- Maintain and implement ISO 22716/CGMP, ISO 9001, Halal, OHSAS, ISO 14001, and customer requirements in production activities.
- Report production activities and results to the Team Leader
