This position will be located in Cibis Nine Building, South Jakarta. As a Part Leader Strategic Marketing, your daily report to Team Leader Strategic Marketing, and will working together with more than 3 Staff Strategic Marketing. Please read the detail qualifications below.

Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree (S1) from Business, Marketing Communication or related.
- Have min 7 years’ experience as as brand management in cosmetics manufacturing, beauty & research .consulting, product development in cosmetics brand company is preferred.
- Familiar with Google Analytics, Google AdWords & MS. Office (specially Excel & PPT).
- Experience in planning, managing, execution for conference, workshops, exhibitions.
- Continuous interest, passion in the cosmetic industries, along with data analysis skills in this regards.
- Proactive attitude towards overseas market research, able to extract insights.
- Schedule management, planning, driving force for new content.
- Fluent in English is a must (both written and verbal).
- Collaboration, synergy with Marketing & RNI (Research & Innovation).
Role & Responsibilities:
- Consumer trend analysis and purchasing behaviors research.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns with the latest trends in cosmetics industry.
- Concrete planning, executions, management, or large-scale events held quarterly (conference, workshops, exhibitions).
- Create innovative, appealing yet effective content.
- Idea for social media/online platform.
