Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Apothecary, Chemistry, Biology, or a related science field.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience as Supervisor/Senior Regulatory Affairs. Proven experience in handling regulatory responsibilities, particularly within the cosmetics or House Hold Product industry.
3. In-depth Knowledge of Cosmetic and Household Product Registration Processes
4. Comprehensive knowledge of relevant cosmetic regulations, including local and international standards, with a proactive approach to compliance and regulatory trends.
5. Capable of building and maintaining effective relationships with regulatory bodies such as BPOM, Ministry of Health, and other relevant authorities to facilitate smooth registration and compliance processes.
6. Skilled in analyzing regulations and translating them into actionable steps for compliance; meticulous attention to detail in regulatory documentation and reporting.
7. Proficient in managing multiple regulatory projects, coordinating timelines, and ensuring completion within regulatory deadlines, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize
8. Genuine interest and enthusiasm for cosmetics and the regulatory landscape, with a strong commitment to contributing positively to product safety and compliance.
9. Fluency in English both spoken and written
10. Familiarity with Key Regulatory Standards and Certifications (CPKB, ISO 22716, and Halal Product Assurance System, etc)

Role & Responsibilities;

• Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements by adhering to applicable government regulations.
• Oversee product registration processes with BPOM RI, the Ministry of Health, HALAL certification (LPPOM & BPJPH), Vegan Verification, and COSMOS certification, ensuring all requirements and timelines are met.
• Ensure product labeling complies with applicable regulatory standards.
• Supervise the preparation and maintenance of Product Information Files (PIF) for ODM products.
• Manage the HALAL certification process and other required certifications in accordance with client standards.
• Monitor regulatory changes and provide guidance on compliance strategies to internal stakeholders.
