PURCHASING PACKAGING MATERIAL PART LEADER

This position will be located in Ciracas – East Jakarta. As Part Leader Purchasing Packaging Material, you are expected to assist Purchasing Team Leader in managing and coordinating purchasing process . Please read the qualifications below

Qualifications:

• Min. D3/S1 from any major.
• Experience as Senior Purchasing or Purchasing Supervisor Packaging Material min. 7 years.
• Have basic knowledge about packaging material preferably cosmetics packaging.
• Familiar and able to make report using Ms. Office.
• Familiar with SAP/ERP or other computer systems.
• Passive English should be at least.
• Have knowledge of import procedure.
• Have knowledge of warehouse management system.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Process quotation for regular PO (especially for Packaging Material).
• Handle for new PO development (Packaging Material).
• Search supplier for ordering the request item, create price comparison, good in term of payment and inventory (Supplier Packaging Material).
• Ensure the goods in order accordance with the order details and time accuracy.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with marketing department in preparing technical drawing, references sample and artwork before order the packaging.
• Negotiate to have accurate and competitive pricing.
• Create accurate budget, estimate and take off.
• Doing purchasing export import.
