Qualifications:
- Min. education is Bachelor (S1) from Chemical, Pharmacy, Apothecary, or related
- Min. 5-7 working experiences as Senior Staff Packaging Development especially in cosmetics products
- Strong knowledge of packaging equipment and material supply systems
- Stong project management skills
- Have ability to manage multiple projects
- Have good communication skills
- Experience in working with also collaboration with packaging suppliers
- Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CPKB/GMP, ISO 22716, MUI Halal, Vegan & Cosmos
Role & Responsibilities:
- In line with business strategy, develop and introduce new packaging solutions that satisfy customer
- Managing and leading all packaging development projects
- Regularly reporting department status to cross functional teams
- Making recommendations for actions and ensuring timely
- Functional as technical expert for packaging materials
