URGENTLY NEED – PART LEADER MAINTENANCE & UTILITY

This position is urgently need, expected will be join as soon as possible in this May 2025. This position will be directly report to Team Leader Maintenance Utility and General Manager Maintenance & Utility. Part Leader M&U will be lead team M&U consist of 8 person technician & 1 staff  administration. The work of location is in Ciracas, East Jakarta.

Qualification

1. Bachelor (S1) in Electrical Engineering/Electronics/Manufacturing Engineering.
2. Experience 5-6 Year working as Maintenance Production & Utility Supervisor from cosmetic or pharmaceutical manufacture/FMCG industry
3. Good understanding of Production and utility Machine
4. Able to do maintenance of Production and utility machine equipment : Filling Machine, Mixing, Boiler, Chiller, HVAC, AHU, air compressor, forklift, Water treatment, RO System.
5. Understanding of Electrical System, Program Logic Control, Mechanical , Pneumatics System, Hydraulic System
6. Have a good knowledge of Maintenance Procedure And Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
7. Good knowledge in blue print reading, layout design, CAD & MS. Office
8. Basic understanding CPKB-GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 22716, HAS, ISO 14001, ISO 45001

Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, responsible for periodic maintenance plan
• Implementation of the machine repair
• Lead the maintenance function in providing preventive, predictive and corrective of all operations equipment & facilities
• Managing, controlling preventive & break down maintenance, machine spare parts, problem solving, root cause analysis
• Conduct of inspection, testing & repair of commissioning machine and electrical systems
• Responsible & controlling of service, repair, overhaul of electrical systems including the equipment
• Set priorities on mechanical, pneumatic and electrical maintenance activities

Monday – Friday : 08.00 – 17.00
