This position will be located in Gunung Putri, Bogor. As Part Leader Logistics / Warehouse, you will assist the Team Leader in running the warehouse and manage Logistics Team . Please read the qualifications below

Qualifications:
- Min. education is Bachelor’s Degree from Logistic, Industrial Engineering or related major;
- Experience 6-8 years as a Warehouse Supervisor / Logistics Supervisor in cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food and beverages manufacture;
- Understand the process or flow from warehouse to production process
- Good knowledge of storing Raw Material Chemicals, Packaging Cosmetic Materials & Finish Good for cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food and beverages;
- Experience in leading 50 manpower in RM, PM & FG warehouse.
- Have a good communication and decision making;
- Able to work under pressure and highly adaptive in new environment;
- Proficient and familiar with WMS & iERP systems
- Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 22716, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, HALAL & CPKB.
- Able to work with data and high analytical skills
- Master an advanced level of MS. Excel
- At least be able to speak passive English

Role & Responsibilities:
- Monitor the safety of storage of goods, especially for raw materials/RM (also packaging materials and finish goods);
- Plan budgets efficiently for the implementation of warehouse operations and distribution based on needs & development;
- Monitor the accuracy of stock data (VS Reality system);
- Monitor the stock aging to ensure that the stocks age will not exceed the predetermined target using warehouse management system;
- Responsible for the smooth running of raw material production needs;
- Planning material needs;
- Develop a distribution strategy by collaborating with internal or external parties to create smooth and efficient distribution of goods to customers;
- Responsible for stock needs (materials, finish goods and supporting materials);
- Establish policies or procedures for logistics operations;
- Participate in the operational management process.
