PACKAGING RNI STAFF – MANDARIN SPEAKER (COSMAX MALAYSIA)

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Minimum education of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Packaging Engineering or a related field.
2. Fresh graduates with interest in beauty industry or packaging development are welcome to apply.
3. Understanding various packaging materials (eg. Cosmetic packaging), components matrix, printing processes, paper classification and graphic software.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including proficiency in English.
5. Able to read, write & speak in Mandarin.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Work with the Marketing Team and clients to understand packaging requirements and source suitable packaging solutions.
2. Coordinate the development of packaging prototypes and representative samples for customer evaluation.
3. Liaise with internal and external teams on sample preparation, specifications, and project timelines.
4. Work closely with the Process Team and Packaging RNI team in Cosmax Indonesia to ensure packaging compatibility and readiness for production.
5. Support compatibility testing, pre-production runs, and customer approval of packaging materials.

Onsite (Selangor), Subang Jaya, Malaysia
Monday – Friday : 08.00 – 17.00
