We are seeking a hands-on leader to lead our mixing operations and ensure high-quality production in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Mixing Team Leader, you will be based in Ciracas, East Jakarta, and play a critical role in driving operational excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceuticals/cosmetics manufacturing (mixing/process area preferred).
- Proven experience leading a team (30+ operators) Strong understanding of mixing process, weighing system, and production flow.
- Familiar with GMP, ISO standards, and production documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
ROLES & FUNCTIONS:
- Lead and supervise daily mixing operations in line with production plans
- Manage team (Part Leaders & operators) to ensure smooth and safe execution
- Ensure compliance with SOP, GMP, and safety standards
- Monitor production performance and resolve process issues
- Coordinate with QC, Warehouse, PPIC, and Maintenance for smooth operations
- Control material usage, minimize losses, and improve yield
- Handle troubleshooting and escalate major issues when needed
- Review production reports, batch records, and documentation
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and cost
- Develop team capability through coaching and training
- Implement 5S/5R, GMP/CPKB, and maintain safety & hygiene standards
