Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Administration or Related Major
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing
- Proven experience in brand marketing strategy and execution
- Strong digital marketing experience (Instagram and TikTok required)
- Data-driven mindset with performance analysis capability
- Strong execution skills and ownership
Role & Responsibilities:
- Execute global marketing strategies for imported brands and localize them for the Indonesian market.
- Planning and managing integrated online and offline campaigns across social media, e-commerce, retail, and events, while analyzing and reporting performance.
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans.
- Manage brand launches and promotional campaigns, oversee marketing calendars and budgets, and monitor performance based on KPI and ROI.
- Lead branding and marketing strategies for Offline Store
- Drive online and offline traffic through campaigns, retail activations, influencer collaborations, and community initiatives, and strengthen brand awareness and brand equity.
- Manage social media growth strategies, drive organic and viral initiatives, improve engagement through content execution, and achieve long-term follower growth targets.
