QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Min. Bachelor’s degree in mas communication / pharmacy / marketing / business administration / related
2. Min. 2-3 years experience as Marketing or Business Development in beauty, cosmetic pharmaceutical manufacture
3. Understand India and global cosmetic trends
4. Able to speak HINDI actively is a must
5. Has Certificate of Hindi Language is a must (for non-native speakers)
6. Able to communicate in English (verbal and written)
7. Already reside in India or willing to be placed in India

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and develop relationships with existing and new beauty brand clients in India
• Establish new priority clients in India (cosmetics product & development)
• Gather client requirements and information for new cosmetics products
• Monitor product development with customers
• Monitor timelines for product launches
• Research cosmetics market locally and globally
• Collaborate with various internal and external teams including Marketing, Strategic Marketing,  RNI, Business Management, and Production
• Achieve established sales target

Workplace :
Onsite (India)
Monday – Friday : 08.00 – 17.00
