IT TEAM LEADER

IT Team Leader will be placed at Cosmax Factory, Ciracas – East Jakarta. Please read the qualifications below.

Qualifications :

1. Min. S1 Technique/System Information, Technique Computer​
2. ​Min. experience 10 years as IT/Programmer Manager manufacture industry​
3. ​Have a developers background and have good understanding of digital technologies​
4. ​Good skill and ability to develop & support team Software Development infrastructure​
5. ​Have experience in Project Management Process, Programming Language, SAP systems, IT Infrastructure & Mycrotic Configuration.​
6. ​Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications and interface, and IT security.​
7. ​Strong track record of leading successful IT projects/programs from start to finish​
8. ​Good communication skills in English both oral and written​
9. ​Good analytical & logical thinking, open minded & good leadership ​ ​

Role & Responsibilities :

• Align with IT security policies, procedures and standards and ensure organizational compliance.​
• ​Actively manage vendor/ outsource systems that contain critical information​
• ​Work with Regional teams to support and measure the performance Global applications like ERP, Salesforce, etc​
• ​Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility (preferably from manufacture)​
• ​Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company’s standards​
• ​Formulating, managing also evaluating the operations of information systems (software and applications) and the supports (hardware, infrastructure, telecommunications)​​

Onsite
Monday – Friday : 08.00 – 17.00
