IT STAFF

IT Staff will be placed at Cosmax Factory, Ciracas – East Jakarta. Please read the qualifications below.

Qualifications :

1. Minimum education is bachelor’s degree from IT/Computer Science o equivalent.
2. Have 3-5 years of experiences in IT Infrastructure and Cloud/On-Premise server.
3. Strong problem-solving skills & analytical thinking to identify root causes.
4. Familiar and able to lead and manage vendors (vendor management).
5. Good communication skills in English both oral and written.
6. Knowledge in ERP Business Process is a Plus.
7. In-depth knowledge of server operating systems (Linux, Windows).
8. Familiarity with major cloud services (GCP, AWS) and best practices.
9. Able to use monitoring tools and automation scripts.
10. Able to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Manage servers, network, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure internal or with vendors
• Ensure availability, scalability, and disaster recovery readiness
• Analyze performance, troubleshoot incidents, and optimize infrastructure

Workplace :
Onsite
Monday – Friday : 08.00 – 17.00
