IT Part Leader will be placed at Cosmax Factory, Ciracas – East Jakarta. Please read the qualifications below.

Qualifications :

1. Min S1 Technique/System Information, Technique Computer 
2. Experience between 6-7 years as Supervisor IT in cosmetic, pharmaceuticals, FMCG  manufacture/industry  
3. Experience & familiar with 365 
4. Have experience in Project Management Process, Programming Language, iERP, SAP systems, IT Infrastructure, Mycrotic configuration  
5. Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications and interface, and IT security. 
6. Understanding and can applicate for Information Technology Infrastructure Library 
7. Familiar with Network , Software  
8. Good communication skills in English both oral and written 
9. Good analytical & logical thinking, open minded & good leadership 

Role & Responsibilities :

• Align IT security policies, procedures and standards and ensure organizational compliance. 
• Actively manage vendor/ outsource systems that contain critical information 
• Work with Regional teams to support and measure the performance Global applications like iERP, Salesforce, etc 
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility in manufacture industry. 
• Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company’s standards 
• Formulating, managing also evaluating the operations of information systems (software and applications) and the supports (hardware) 
• Routine report by weekly also monthly to Manager IT in Indonesia and South Korea

Onsite
Monday – Friday : 08.00 – 17.00
